Jackson | Child Portraits

Back in August I had the opportunity of doing some portraits for Jackson at 11 months old. His parents enjoyed his photos so much, they booked me for his 1 year old birthday the following month!  Here are photos from both.  To view more photos visit my FACEBOOK page! 

Namoku | Child Portraits

I did some photos this morning with 10 month old Namoku.  He just had his first hair cut and hopefully will have some new photos to use for his 1st birthday invitations!  I must say, he is the happiest little boy!  I had a fun time with and his mommy at the park this morning.  The camera LOVES him.  Here are some photos from today:

K&K | 1st Birthday Portraits

These boys and their were my first customers of 2011 and I was more than happy to be working with them again so soon.  They were so tiny when we did our photos back in January? February?  And now they are 1 year old!  My how time flies.  They booked an event session for their 1st luau and included was a complimentary portrait session for the twins (June), prior to their luau(July).  Here are photos from both days.

K | Child Portraits

My friend's mom had contacted me regarding photos for her granddaughter.  She had bought her this cute little Easter dress and wanted to get some Easter photos done.  She told me the type of location she was looking for and I gave her a couple ideas.  This is the place she went with.  It's such a beautiful location in downtown Honolulu with a lot of history.  Perfect spot for some Easter photos.  I had done photo's of Kana'i before, when I was just starting my portfolio.  But since then she has grown so much!  I was blown away by how well she did.  I asked if they had practiced poses or anything and they said no!  She was such a ham and was very interested in  exploring her environment.  Two words that kept popping up in my head while editing the photos were "happy" and "uninhibited."  I love that her innocence and joyfulness was captured during the session and most importantly, I'm happy that her grandma and mom loved the photos.
